🛠 How to Use This Tracker:

Enter your order number exactly as it appears in your confirmation email — excluding any leading zeros.

(For example 00123 is entered as 123.)

Once entered, you'll see your current order status, queue position (if applicable), and estimated ship date.

📢 UPDATE 5/18/2025:

The order tracker is now live and functioning correctly. We understand the frustration with the process to get this functioning and how many changes there have been, and we apologize.

Your queue position and estimated ship date may have shifted slightly with this update, but they should have decreased. These projections are based on your purchase date, item type, and our current processing capacity.

Please keep in mind that all of our books are handmade, a process that takes approximately 2-3 hours per book.

Please note: estimated ship dates are not guarantees. They may shift slightly depending on supply delays, order volume, or other production factors. That said, we are doing everything possible to ship on or before the date shown.

📚 Note About Ravenhood Orders:

Ravenhood orders are part of a separate queue and are shipped in batches. We are currently aiming to ship a minimum of 15 Ravenhood orders per week, typically every Friday. While this number may fluctuate slightly depending on production and supply availability, your place in the queue reflects your original order position and will continue to move forward weekly.

We know waiting is frustrating — especially when delays happen — but we deeply appreciate your patience and support as we work to deliver each order with care.

Please note: We are unable to respond to order status requests for orders that are already visible in the queue and marked as pending or in production. The tracker is the most accurate and up-to-date source for your order timeline.
